REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:
1. The incorrect product was purchased (e.g. a ‘series’ was purchased rather than a gala day and vice versa, the incorrect ‘series’ venue/location was purchased) and the refund is requested at least 30 days prior to the to start of the event (Gala Day date or 1st Round of Series)
2. Multiple purchases of the same product.
3. Illness or injury prevents an athlete from participating.
i) A medical certificate covering the days in which you were intended to swim is required to claim a refund for part ‘i’ above. If a medical certificate is not or cannot be provided, Swimming NSW reserves the right to reject the refund request.
4. A technical error while performing a transaction which results in fees being debited from them more than once, the member can claim reimbursement/reversal of the duplicate transaction/s (on the basis that suitable evidence is provided of the technical error)
Refunds are NOT provided if participants are able to partake in part of a ‘series’ and circumstances (injury, illness or otherwise) prevent them from participating in some or all of the other matches in a series.
Refund procedure
Refunds will be performed via credit card, so we also require your credit card number and expiry date to reverse payment/refund to your card. Participants seeking a refund can contact: Vinh Tran or leave a message via our Contact form.
